Another really good sign I'm headed in the right direction as I didn't have any tightness in this run. I might have to reassess the goals going into next Saturday at Myrtle Beach but I'm confident I can toe the line in some fashion. I did a 20 minute hot tub soak and will get in again this week to start heat acclimation though that might not be necessary as the long-term forecast looks to be in the low 50s during the race which is perfect for me.
