Managed to sneak this in during lunch. Just barely. No strides today. Seemed to have strained a muscle in my left calf on the outside. Will play it by feel during tomorrow's long run workout.. hopefully don't have to pull out. Staying positive. Not foam Rolling it as that might cause further irritation.
