The plan was to do 3, 3, 2 breaking it down into marathon pace, half marathon and 10k pace. Plain and simple it sounded boring and i already did a decent tempo this week. So there i was after a 3 mile warm up, wandering what to do with the next hour i had. I came up with in and outs, 1 mile at GMP, 1mi roughly at GHMP with half mile rest. Finished 3 sets with fair ease and added on another. 8mi (49:44) 6:13 pace. GMP felt pretty effortless after the first set which was fun,
