About me:  Married for 19 years 16 year old son, 10 year old daughter I've run three marathons..1997--to see if I could, 1999. to see if I could do better,and Jan 2008, to see if I STILL could. Jan 08 was not a good time. Walked more than ran due to DH's injury. I can't let that time stand. Why do I run:  Because If I don't, my spread will be larger than the Ponderosa. Because it gives me time to work through life's ups and downs. Why I started running:  (1987)To get my then-boyfriend (now husband) off my back. (2007)Because I had stopped running, and gotten way out of shape.
