Wednesday....hump day! Temp: 37 and overcast...some light rain as well. Wednesday -- 12.19 12.02 miles Pace: 8:26 Weight: 187 AHR: 146 (MAF +2) Max HR= 171 Ok, ok...I averaged above MAF today! Actually, I threw in more hills, and ran 3 miles at marathon goal pace for my February race. HR was pretty good during those miles, but it kicked me up a bit obviously. Tossing my weight in here for motivation. I want to be 182 by the middle of February. Maybe even 180.
Struggling a little bit with motivation on the treadmill - but I leave for work before sunrise and get home well after sunset. Tuesday 12/18 (PM) 3 miles Avg HR 133 (MAF of 140) Treadmill 0% incline Audio: Ipod Shuffle Visual: Local/National News Trying to move from evening to morning runs with no success...may resort to requesting wake up calls from fellow MAFers. I do them on the weekend, but just can't seem to get out of bed at 5:00-5:30AM. That extra hour means everything. Russ
