    Hi Gang,

Been walking instead of running the past few weeks. Focusing on losing weight for awhile. I've been too fat for too long. I find it easier to do when I'm walking long distances.  I haven't updated my online log in awhile, and need to get to that and get all caught up.

    Today:

    7 miles walking

    2hours

    17:04 pace

    Keep going!

Hi!  Ran 30 miles total last week, all on the TM, grrr, Summer.

Ran 7 today.  First day trying no long term asthma meds.  We'll see how that one go.  So far, my breathing is good.

                I'm sorry, Clay!

Only had time for 5 on the TM and forgot my albuterol (only asthma med I am using).  Didn't seem to matter, so I'm only going to use it for speedwork then.

Oh, boy, I've been slacking in posting since last week??  Sheesh.

Ran 54 miles last week, including 12 with 6 at MP on the TM.  Felt great!

Got into Chicago, so there is that.  Ran 7 on Monday and 3 today (with 3-4 tonight).  And that's it for me!

Ran to and from Pilates last night, for 4 more outside.  85F and 72 dewpoint here last night.  Welcome to "winter".

Ran 13 with 3 X 3 @ MP on the TM this morning.  That went well.

Ran 3 outdoors yesterday and went to Pilates.  We are still in Summer weather, so 7 and weights indoors last night.

5 miles mostly walking. Garmin not syncing. Plan to start Maffing up hill. Need to find a base HR.  Thinking Maff +10 and walk the downgrades.

Run until the trail runs out.

Ran 20 easy on the TM today.  It has been 2 months or so since I actually ran a 20 (that wasn't within a marathon), so I am glad to see it went well.
