      "Old and washed up" at 48 and with a 2:46 at Boston ... very nice run, Ray! You going be like Ed Whitlock ... still running sub-3s at 75 years of age! Congrats again! PJ

        Talk about getting better with age! That's an amazing time, given your so called lack of training! Take the time you need to heal, and give 'em heck out there next time!
