10k easy in 53:50 (5:23/137/145), then did 16k in 71:40 (4:29/160/168). After some rests, did 6.4k in 32:11 (5:02) inluding 5 x 1min hard, 1min slow, and 5 strides. Took gel before & after the 16k. Tired legs near the end of the 16k.
