Notes
3 loops on the Skyline trail. 1st with Kristina and Adam 2nd and 3rd with Adam. Did two mile tempo run at the beginning of 3rd loop. Worked hard to hold a solid pace on the ups. That trail has so much up and down it wears my legs out so I couldnt get my legs to turn over really fast but it was asolid effort. Didn't carry gel for lap 3 so I was running out of gas a bit after the tempo .
