Supposed to be 6X1600 with 200 jog and then 3 or 4 200s but I got to feeling tired on the 5th 1600 so quit there but then did 9 200s.
1600s (200 jog recovery)
6:24, 6:33, 6:34, 6:31, 6:32 *ran that first one way too hard, maybe it had to do with the Mile yesterday
400 jog recovery
9X200 (200 jog recovery) * ran these at a good clip for the first 100, then picked it up some next 60 and then all out the last 40 or so. Started in lane 9 and worked my way to finish in lane 1 (hence, 9 of them)
