3X3200 (400 jog) and 4X200 workout. Ran with Maneesh.

Maneesh and I were talking afterwards and we both agreed that 3X3200 'seems' more manageable than 6X1600 at the same pace. Once you groove into the pace it seems easier to just keep running laps as opposed to stopping after 4 laps. Interesting.
