I am very frustrated right now. I am taking a break from running until next Monday. Physically I really need the break, but am extremely antsy and would like to be running. I am thinking that I'll be starting with 50 mpw the first week and the moving from there, if possible. I am really excited to be back running, and it won't come soon enough!
