Nice easy..I was not going to run today, I woke up not really feeling like it and then worked and when I came home I was even sure I did not want to. However, I went to get changed into jeans to take the boys to Football and I was like "I can't not run" threw on my running clothes and off I went and Im so glad I did. Awesome run, awesome view and perfect weather.. Thank you honey for taking the kids to their crap tonight!
