Splits: 200 - 400 - 600 - 800 -1000
Rep 1: 49 - 1:39 - 2:29 - 3:19 - 4:08
Rep 2: 48 - 1:38 - 2:29 - 3:19 - 4:08
Rep 3: 50 - 1:43 - 2:34 - 3:26 - 4:14 // Bobby had me go out slower and then kick it at the end for this rep. I was 4 seconds off at 800 and made up 2 of them.
Rep 4: 50 - 1:41 - 2:31 - 3:22 - 4:11 // This was the only rep that was perfectly on the goal splits.
Rep 5: 48 - 1:38 - 2:27 - 3:17 - 4:06 // Last-rep mindset accounted for the increase in speed.
