Wow I was tired because I had a great sleep went to bed around 10pm and didn't wake up until 6am....usually I am up 3 times a night...woke up a little tired not used to getting up at 6am....strolled out of bed at 6:30am and drank some water and had a banana and hopped on the bike....only took a little while to get into it and wake up. I did 10 minutes easy and then did 2x8mins moderate 2xeasy and then cruised for 45 minutes. I sweat a ton and only drank 1 water bottle..Felt good after and later tonight will run.
