First long run in a very long time!....Felt good for awhile and ran straight through accept at 13.5 miles took 10 sec stretch walk and then up to 2nd beach hill walked 10 secs and finished it out...........legs were beat probably from this weekend.......alot of new miles achieved in a short time......I am shocking my system! But held the run pretty consistent around 8:04 average mile........I burned 1927 calories and it was hot out and I was sweaty......only had 1 GU 8oz gatorade 8oz water and 8oz half and half gatorade and water.........ran some good hills and crushed the pace on them and felf good.......hit the wall probably from fatigued legs from the weekend and lack of proper nutrition........but overall good run being my longest straight run in a very long time........now recover and onto the next day.
