1.75 mile warm up + 10x800 @ 3:15 w/ 3:15 recovery + 1.75 cool down. I've read a lot of commentary that Yasso's are not such a good perdictor. The gist seems to be that Yasso's will tell you what you can't do, but not what you can. That aside, I was pleased to be able to run all ten around 3:15. In fact, the only one above 3:15 was a 3:20 on the second, when I was still trying to figure out pace. Most of the 800's were a few seconds below 3:15. All in all, a good workout.
