First 2.5 was pretty damn easy, and consistent. The last .5 I tried to drop the hammer but only ran like 2:59.
Feels really good to be able to run this, with effort obviously, but totally under control and incharge of every step and what I wanted to do.
The red line for me seems to be just under 6 minute pace, thats when things get really tough. If I get into a rhythm I can ran just about 3:10 half miles 'til the cows come home... but getting under 3:00 and I have a very limited amount of time I can do that.... I think I need to ride that red line more? I don't know
