Notes

We'll call it a hill run I guess 223ft of elevation change I guess will qualify it. Run to and in Hickory Hill park. We learned if the sidewalks are clear then Hickory Hill is passable. Shoes are a little muddy but that is mostly from one corner. My calves were screaming the last time I ran this route but today not a peep. I think that is an indicator of how far I have come (taken with a grain of salt) with my exercises and form change! I know I'm far from perfect but I know I'm on the road to being better. I can't wait to be taking down real miles!

So glad I got to run here. The rolling hills in the back of the park are great especially the half mile loop. I need to explore more to learn some good 'trail' type routes! There are a lot of miles to be had back in that park.
