Good little "long run" its kind of funny but it is long for me rn. I can't wait until 40 minutes is just another run for me! That is when I'll start to finally get FIT. Good little start to finding some mileage. First two miles I was just trying to not get tired, maintain form. Next two I started opening it up just a bit and last mile I let it pour a little more. Still very controlled but much more effort. I loved it, finally getting into distances that let me really work into a good rhythm vs 3 miles which is so start and stop.
