First run back after 3 days off. Plan was to run easy, not look at watch do a 6 mile loop. I did that I thought Garmin HR says no. The hamstrings were the sorest spot but loosened around 4 miles. The bad quad was tight but no shooting pain. I would JJ 10k is on!!! Really surprised at pace, thought I would be slower :)
