Notes

Ran and talked and talked with D & L at the track -- it was so good to be with them again. We didn't do any speedwork because I had to unload the whole story.

My pirformis or whatever it is still hurts. Read an online NYT article that nails it -- "Dead Butt Syndrome." I am looking at my training schedule thinking that 20 miles/week will be my target indefinitely -- just a nice healthy maintenance level of training. I can still race (even up to half marathon distance), but won't have the time to do proper marathon-specific mileage.

It is good to simply be in good aerobic shape.
