Notes
From home, Ben and I ambled up the trail a bit. Saw nothing of note, but it was just good to get outside. Well, OK, we saw a little blob of bright orange fungus. 20 minutes up and 20 minutes back seems awfully easy...should increase this a bit next week. We were totally bored at home and needed to get out.
Ben also did his weekend time trial at the track. 3:14, woohoo!!! Last week it was 4:44. This time he jogged 3/4 of it but got a sideache. I think he held his left arm a bit higher. On our cool-down lap his walking speed was normal!
