Terrain: Grass, Trail

Notes: black well hill workouts, i left out the other 5 hills we usually do, the tempo consists of the big loop, we come down towards mack road, from there you go almost to the edge of the woods then jogg over to the hill and do 6 hills and turn around and go back the same way. the fartlek starts after you pass mack road, then you head out and do the outer loop again, but cutting out the part where you run up to the school. you finish just as you pass the original intersection. cool down is a run through the woods out and back.
