Went up Boulder Canyon from the high school before practice. When my alarm went off it was like I was being awaken from the dead. I was still excited to get a good run in before being stuck at work all day. I knew it'd be a little tougher getting started up the canyon but my stride opened nicely getting back down to the creek path.
