Another good workout in the books. 3x(2xmile @5:13 w/1' rest+ 4x200 @32 w/ 200 jog). Thompsen joined me and stuck out the whole thing. Mixed it up a bit and tried to throw in a little bit of steeple specificity. The two middle miles I went over a hurdle on each straight. I thought I was further along in terms of hurdling that I actually was. I have some real work to do. Just floating too much over the hurdles.
