Easy warm up before doing 6x400. Ran with plank on cookie and finished right at 24:00 after a near 7 min first mile. the coaches tried to convince me to do 200s and move the 400s to tomorrow. I wanted 2 days rest before race day. I did all the 400s in 65-66, i couldnt quite tell how fast i was going since i was alone. I did 60 sec rest between 400s
