Alumni Long run. nice running with the team again, the summer is winding down and its awesome seeing these guys again before we move in. We were joking about how hard people were going to go but it felt pretty tame when we started going. kept the group together as we made our way to greene valley and it never got too fast but we still had a really nice progression to about 6:00 pace. As we went back I decided to open it up a bit and get some tempo in, Ethan, Plank, Yonny and Nick all came with as we picked it up pretty good. we rolled along and regrouped at modaff and ran steady the rest of the run. we had to add on part of duck and a campus loop to get close to two hours.
