Notes
This run started off pretty rough, I was caught up worrying about not running a decent pace around 4-5 miles and even through 6 I hadn't been under 6:50. I knew the hills were just sacking me more than usual. I made a conscious push to break out of the slower rhythm before the turn around. From there things got a lot better! I was able to run the last half of the run under 6:00 pace. The last couple weeks of higher mileage have started to creep into my legs in an insidious way, but a grinder's gotta grind.
