3 warm up+6 @5:40+3 cool down. The snow finally came late yesterday and it was nearly a whiteout when I got up. There was only about 8 inches on the ground this morning but I still had to trudge my way through it to the fitness center. I was not in a great headspace, mostly thinking this run would be easier than it ended up being. I worked the pace down for the first 3 miles and then jumped down to 5:40. I had the option to get down to 5:20's if I felt like it, but I could tell after the first mile that I wouldn't be doing that. I left the treadmill going at 10.6 miles until it was over.
