"12 as you feel" on the schedule today and I wasn't totally sure what that pace would look like since my hamstrings were pretty sore last night from the hard strides. Ended up feeling pretty decent and the solid early pace led to some quick miles in middle that I didn't want to digress from. I held a strong pace in the second half and it felt great to get rolling again.
