added another mile on to our progression run, bringing it to 7. it was pretty cold, wish i had worn tights. my hammy was feeling tight but the progression was not very aggressive so i was able to build in no problem. we finished up and i felt pretty good comparatively to the 5 mile progression two weeks ago. we jogged over to the armory and did the 6x200s with 200 jog. (32.7/33.0/31.8/31.1/30.9/31.2).
