Lucky on have a group that was wrecked from a weekend of tempos and hard long runs to not want to push anything this morning. Gave myself a range of 4-10 miles because my Achilles was on fire yesterday after sitting in the car for 8 hours yesterday post race. Actually considered going 30 min and calling it a day but after 2 I realized I was fine, went a normal recovery distance. Legs still felt like garbage but I didn’t feel like I was grinding anything out to get there.
