5x1' strong-1' jog. First (mini-) workout since coming back. I stuck to the track instead of the roads because it was a fairly short effort. Didn't check my watch just tried to run strong. Around the 3rd rep I could feel the fatigue begin to set in which feels way too early but I rolled with it and just made the most of the workout. 4:59 avg on, 6:40 avg jog. (3x leg circuit)
