was not feeling that great when i came to get long run in after work. the windchill was around -15 so didnt wanna fuck with that. thompsen drove to champaign and we ran to his house from there. I just never really found a groove so had to stay engaged the whole time and it made the run drag on. only had to take the wind for a little less than a mile total but when we were running down thomspen's road it was head on for almost a half mile and it was absolute hell, the wind was burning the shit out of my face and i could feel ice accumulating on my lips and eye lashes
