Had a meeting with Richey this morning so ran after that and showed up a little late for work in the process. Headed towards BoBo but ran into Luke about 3 miles in so turned around and ran back to his apartment on campus with him. Pace was definitely coming along smooth and easy this morning and it was great chatting with Luke for the middle 5 miles. Great run this morning!
