8x1000 w/ 400 jog. I wasn't sure how well this workout would go since my calves and ankles were cashed from wearing spikes on Tuesday's workout. Thompsen and I switched off but he bailed on me around 5. Ran the next few alone and felt really smooth and controlled all while going a little faster than the first few. Feel like it was good workout over all.
