2 sets of 5 x 300 @ 10K, 5K, 10K, 5K, 3K pace w/ 200m ''float'' @ 45 secs recovery after each and 800 meter jog (3:45) after each set then 3 x 150m w/ 250 jog recovery. The first set was a little difficult to find the paces (55=10k, 53=5k, 51=3k) but not eh second we got a little more consistent and we started to move on the rest. I got annoyed with Austin, any time mark or I went to take over the lead during the rest he would surge ahead. I eventually got fed up with him and pressed on the last couple floats basically my way of giving him the middle finger. No In the greatest mood this morning but got a good workout in.
