Great to get to sleep in and run when I felt like it this morning. Went to the XC course and did laps for the entire run. I liked being on the soft surface and getting a break from the concrete but there were a few bumpy sections. For the most part I had a light, loose run and spent a lot of the run thinking about when I was a cross country runner. Seems so long ago
