Met up and ran with Bradyswagga this morning. I joined him for his mixed hill workout. its main focus was mechanical efficency and form instead of raw anaerobic speed training. ran from brady's apartment to arrowhead and did a loop around the park before starting. the routine was 3 sets (bounding uphill, 1 min easy jog, downhill stride, 4x flat strides). the workout itself wasnt overly difficult, we opened up and that was about it. the bounding was probably the most difficult but it was more like an aerobic run with variation running thrown in. good run over all, nice to run with brady for the first time this summer.
