last long run in prep for chicago. interesting day of putting the run off because reiser was sick and i was basically on-call to be his running buddy, per stewart's orders. ended up not running with him and waited until thompsen was free after work. i got in 8 miles before he and justin jones showed up. we did the green st. loop then dropped jones off and added on another 2 miles. it wasnt a very fast long run but it was still solid.
