(8.5 mile tempo (43:46)+ maintenance 400+ cool) the tempo started out pretty quickbut we maintained the pace very consistantly around 5:10 from the mile out. the pack separated and me brady, nick, johnny and kerley killed the work out it gave me a lot of confidence. we cruised in with our last mile being 5:01. did a maintenance 400 round 58 high to cap off the workout
