it was suppose to be an opener upper day but the cold really made that a struggle. we did the normal tempo outside but made it really conservative running about 23:30 for the route. then went inside and did 8x400 with a little less than a minute rest. sadly it wasnt as easy as i had hoped my shins were tight for some reason so the turns werent too easy. they were all around 68-70.
