Snowed again last night and woke up to find practice canceled so I slept for another hour before getting up to get on the treadmill. My priority was to get in a decent pace and the snow-covered ice and -11 degree windchill would have made that very difficult and even dangerous. Got cranking near the end but save for some GI distress for more than half of it, it felt good to be able to run sub-6 so comfortably.
