convinced the coaches to let me do intervals today, they wanted me out on the roads today. the goal today was to reacclimate to the faster paces for 5k for the next couple weeks, hoping to make the steeple feel even slow from conference on. 4 mile tempo (21:04) and then did 6x800 with 90 sec rest. all of them went really well, i felt smooth and really fresh. i never really hammered any of them, though i had to focus on the last 2 and a half. (2:15, 2:12, 2:14, 2:13, 2:14, 2:12)
