Notes
Met up with Aidan to run from TW. The weather was fantastic as we made our way up to the Grange. I even ditched my pullover along Monarch since it was warming up quickly. First half was uphill with a tailwind then we came back down into it. All things were in balance. Would've liked a slower run but still a good one with Aidan.
