4 sets of 3-2-1 w/ next rep steady jog. Very chilly wind but it wasn't too gusty so I didn't have much of an excuse other than 15 degrees still doesn't feel all that nice. the first set was more about gauging my effort and figuring out what correlated with which pace. passed the construction area and headed up Cincinnati. Never been up there before, didnt realize that most of it was a steady climb. just enough that my second set was probably my slowest. Stopped to tie my shoes halfway through the 3 min jog and accidentally "saved" the run on my watch. did the rest of the work out manually. the seocnd half was crushing the earlier pace. third set was mostly downhill so there was that, but surprisingly I was able to maintain right at or under 5:00 pace for the last set. good workout to start the cycle off. fitter than i thought I was
