Huffman st. hills (4 mile tempo+ 8 loops+ 2.5 fartlek (2-1)+ cool + strides)

The tempo instantly got spicy like in the first few seconds so that was a little rough. i ended up dropping back and ran with Janet. we jogged over to the hill and started, the first few were nice and controlled and as the workout went on it got intense, i had no leg speed so the lead up to the hill incorporated a lot of dropping back and having to make up ground when the hill started. i had to poop the entire time so i wasnt feeling to good. the fartlek was super easy and controlled just one mn on one min off.
