long run in the afternoon with lane. i wasnt feeling too terrible after drinking and staying up late last night and the weather was magnificent, 45 degrees. ran to naper to meet up with lane and we headed out to do garbage hill without hopping the fence. we had a really nice pace through out and lane was actually dictating a lot of it i just went along with it. good quality long run!
