Notes
Started early before meeting Calvin and Jack. I was hoping to get going and get a good medium long effort in this mroning but my legs never came around and it felt like I was forcing it early. Slowed back down with the guys and chalked it up to a recovery run instead of beating my head against the wall. My body has been struggling to adapt to the training bump so I need to be smart. Sleep and calories are the important part going into the weekend and hopefully I can get a long run in this week. (Core 10')
